Yes. Connect Microsoft 365, GitHub, Azure, Entra ID, or Google Workspace, Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile, and it can read what it needs and act — send an email, create an event, open a pull request, check your search traffic — whether you ask by voice or text.
Only if you let it. It reads freely for context, and by default every change waits for your explicit approval — switch a chat to act on its own whenever you'd rather not be asked. Read-only connections like Microsoft Entra ID can't change anything at all.
Yes. Every chat has a model picker beside the message box — pick one for this chat, or set the default for every new chat under Settings → Assistant. You can also choose whether it answers right away or takes its time on bigger jobs.
