Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are using Dewiride AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Access is currently invite-only: you join the waitlist and we open access in batches. When you hold an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information
• keep your account credentials secure
• tell us immediately about any unauthorised use
• take responsibility for the activity carried out under your account

2. What Dewiride AI is

Dewiride AI is a personal AI assistant you reach by chat and by voice, on the web and on the messaging channels you connect. It can act on your behalf in the services you connect to it, run agents and workflows you configure, and answer in the languages we support.

Dewiride AI relies on third-party AI models and cloud services. Its output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, so you remain responsible for reviewing what it produces before you rely on it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dewiride AI to:

• violate any applicable laws or regulations
• infringe intellectual property rights
• transmit harmful or malicious content
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

4. Connected services

You may connect third-party accounts — such as your mail, calendar, files, or code — so Dewiride AI can act on your behalf. You choose what to connect and which permissions to grant, and you can disconnect any account at any time from your settings, which takes effect immediately.

Your use of each connected service remains subject to that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable, changing its interface, or withdrawing access.

5. Intellectual property

Dewiride AI, and all of its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Dewiride Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The content you send to Dewiride AI, and the output it returns to you, remain yours. We use them to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Wallet, credits, and consumption billing

Dewiride AI is prepaid and pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription, no minimum term and no lock-in.

• You add funds to a wallet — from $5 per top-up — and the balance is drawn down as you use the service.
• Consumption is metered as you use the assistant, and every top-up and every deduction is itemised in your billing history.
• Credits are a prepayment for our services. They carry no cash value beyond the refund rights described in our Refund Policy, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for anything other than Dewiride AI usage.
• Credits do not expire for as long as your account remains open.
• Auto top-up is off by default. If you enable it, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method for the amount and threshold you configure. You can change or disable it at any time in your account settings, with immediate effect.
• When your balance reaches zero, service simply pauses until you top up. We will never let your balance go negative or charge you unexpectedly.
• We may change our rates with at least 30 days' notice by email. Rate changes never apply retrospectively to credits already consumed, and you may request a refund of your unused balance if you do not accept a change.

7. Pricing, currency, taxes, and invoices

• Prices are published on our pricing page, and the exact total is always shown before you confirm a payment.
• Indian customers are charged in INR; customers elsewhere are charged in USD. Charges appear on your statement as DEWIRIDE.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Indian customers are charged GST at the applicable rate in addition to the listed price. Customers outside India are responsible for any local taxes, duties or withholdings.
• A GST invoice is issued for every payment and is available to download from your billing page. Add your GSTIN to your billing details to have it appear on the invoice.

8. Promotions, discounts, and credits we grant

• Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is live and only to orders placed during that period. They cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, are limited to one use per customer, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before an order is placed.
• Credit we grant you — such as a signup welcome credit or a goodwill credit — is not a payment, has no cash value, and is not refundable. It is drawn down the same way paid credit is.
• Refunds on discounted top-ups are made at the price actually paid.

9. Delivery

Dewiride AI is delivered digitally; nothing is shipped. Wallet credits are added to your account immediately after payment is confirmed and can be used straight away. Full details are in our Delivery & Fulfilment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel — simply stop topping up. If you have enabled auto top-up you can switch it off at any time in your account settings, with immediate effect. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@dewiride.com.

11. Refunds

We refund to the original payment method and in the original currency:

• Any unused wallet balance is refundable in full within 30 days of the top-up.
• Credits consumed by failed, duplicated or defective requests are re-credited in full, at any time.
• Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts and unauthorised transactions are refunded in full.
• Credits already spent on completed requests are not refundable, because the underlying compute has been used.

Email billing@dewiride.com with your invoice number. We acknowledge every request within 1 business day, decide within 5 business days, and issue approved refunds within 5–10 business days. We charge no processing fee on refunds. The complete refund terms are set out in our Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Billing disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us at billing@dewiride.com before raising a chargeback with your bank — we resolve almost every billing issue directly and far more quickly. If you disagree with our decision you may escalate to our grievance officer at grievance@dewiride.com within 30 days, and we will respond within 15 days. Where a chargeback is raised we may suspend the associated account or wallet balance until the card issuer settles the dispute.

13. Legal, export, and sanctions restrictions

• We do not sell to, and you may not access Dewiride AI from, any country, region or person subject to sanctions or export-control restrictions that apply to us, including those administered by India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
• You confirm that you are not on any restricted-party list and that you will not re-export or make our software available in breach of those restrictions.
• Dewiride AI is additionally subject to the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model and cloud providers we rely on. Use that breaches those policies breaches these Terms.
• We do not provide regulated advice. Dewiride AI is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such.
• Where local law gives you mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms limits them.

14. Privacy and data protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of Dewiride AI, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

15. Disclaimers and warranties

Dewiride AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

16. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Dewiride Technologies Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Dewiride AI immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

If we terminate your account for any reason other than your breach of these Terms, we refund any unused wallet balance.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of Dewiride AI after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
