Customer chats on WhatsApp
Answer customers on your business's own WhatsApp number for about a cent a message, either way, from the same balance. Meta bills its own WhatsApp charges to your business directly.

No. On pay as you go you add funds to a wallet and what you use draws the balance down — there are no plans, tiers, or monthly fees. The other way to buy is a private setup inside your own Microsoft and Azure, and we agree that one with you directly.
The minimum top-up is $5. There's no maximum — add whatever suits you, whenever you like.
Indian customers pay in INR by credit or debit card. 18% GST is added at checkout, and every payment comes with a GST invoice you can download as a PDF.
No. Voice conversations are included at no extra charge — speaking with the assistant is part of the product, not an add-on.
A little. WhatsApp charges for every message that passes through it, in both directions, so a chat with your assistant on WhatsApp draws about a cent a message from your balance. The web and Microsoft Teams charge nothing for carrying a message. WhatsApp messages are listed on their own line in your usage, so you can always see what they came to.
Each message a customer sends to your business's number, and each one that goes back, costs about a cent from your balance, with no monthly fee. Having AI spot a request to stop messages or to talk to a person costs a fraction of a cent for each message it reads, and counting only exact words is free. Meta bills its own WhatsApp charges to your business directly, so you add a payment method in WhatsApp Manager.
Reading them does, once. When you add a place or upload files, everything in them is read and turned into something the assistant can search, and that draws on your balance in proportion to how much there is. After that you only pay for the questions you actually ask of your documents — one that isn't about them costs nothing at all.
Paid usage pauses until you add funds again. Nothing is lost — your conversations, agents, and settings stay exactly as they were. If you answer customers on your business's WhatsApp number, their messages still reach your inbox and are still counted, and you can reply again once you add funds.
Occasionally, yes — Indian banking rules can decline an automatic charge. If that happens, auto reload pauses and we email you a link to top up manually.
