Pricing questions, answered.
No. On pay as you go you add funds to a wallet and what you use draws the balance down — there are no plans, tiers, or monthly fees. The other way to buy is a private setup inside your own Microsoft and Azure, and we agree that one with you directly.
The minimum top-up is $5. There's no maximum — add whatever suits you, whenever you like.
Indian customers pay in INR by credit or debit card. 18% GST is added at checkout, and every payment comes with a GST invoice you can download as a PDF.
No. Voice conversations are included at no extra charge — speaking with the assistant is part of the product, not an add-on.
A little. WhatsApp charges for every message that passes through it, in both directions, so those messages come out of your balance — about a cent each. The web and Microsoft Teams charge nothing for carrying a message. WhatsApp messages are listed on their own line in your usage, so you can always see what they came to.
Reading them does, once. When you add a place, everything in it is read and turned into something the assistant can search, and that draws on your balance in proportion to how much there is. After that you only pay for the questions you actually ask of your documents — one that isn't about them costs nothing at all.
Paid usage pauses until you add funds again. Nothing is lost — your conversations, agents, and settings stay exactly as they were.
Occasionally, yes — Indian banking rules can decline an automatic charge. If that happens, auto reload pauses and we email you a link to top up manually.
