What it does

Answer the emails that matter sooner. As mail arrives in your Microsoft 365 mailbox, Important Email Replies looks at who it's from and what it's about. Newsletters, notifications and automated mail are left alone. When a real person asks you something, needs a decision or is waiting on you, it reads the message and writes a reply in your name: the full answer when everything needed is in the email, or a short, honest note saying you'll come back to them when it isn't. The reply stays in the same conversation, in the language it was written in, and goes out only when you approve it. Every email it looks at counts towards what you use, so you can narrow it to one sender or domain, or to high-importance mail, when you set it up.

  • Gets to work as soon as an email arrives
  • Leaves newsletters, notifications and automated mail alone
  • Writes the full answer when it can, and a holding reply when it can't
  • Replies stay in the same conversation and its language
  • Nothing is sent until you approve it
Early access

Early access means it works and we use it ourselves every day. It's still moving, so bits of it will change. When it lets you down, tell us — that's the deal.

What it needs

It needs one app from each line below, connected before you add it, because it starts watching as soon as it's set up.
