What it does
Stop losing track of the emails that stall. Every weekday afternoon, the Follow-up Tracker looks through the last two weeks of your email for conversations that have gone quiet: replies you're still waiting for, and messages still waiting for you. For each one it writes the next message — a short, friendly nudge to the people you wrote to, or a reply to someone who's waiting on you — after checking the conversation, so it doesn't nudge someone who has already answered. Every reply stays in the same conversation as before. It brings a conversation up after two, five and ten working days rather than every day, and nothing is sent until you approve it. It works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or both.
- Two lists: waiting on them, and waiting on you
- Shows how long each conversation has been waiting
- A nudge or a reply written for each quiet conversation
- Replies stay in the same conversation as before
- Asks after two, five and ten working days — not every day
- Nothing is sent until you approve it
Early access means it works and we use it ourselves every day. It's still moving, so bits of it will change. When it lets you down, tell us — that's the deal.
What it needs
It needs one app from each line below. You can add it now and connect later — it waits, switched off, until you do.
How it runs
When it runs
Every weekday at 4:00 PM, in your own time zone. You can move it.

In your apps
It asks before it sends, posts or changes anything in your apps. When it suggests several things, you choose which go ahead.
