What it does

Start every working day knowing what's ahead, with the small jobs already lined up. Before you open your inbox, the Morning Briefing reads your calendar, your email and your to-do list and writes one short note: today's meetings and where they overlap, the few emails that really need you, and what's due or overdue. With it come a few actions ready to go: a short reply, in the same conversation, to an email that only needs a line or two, and a block of focus time on a free stretch later in your day. Nothing is sent or booked until you approve it, and you approve only the ones you want. It works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or both. On a quiet day with nothing to report, it stays quiet too.

  • Arrives before your day starts — 7:30 on weekdays, or a time you choose
  • Brings your email, calendar and to-do list together
  • Picks out the few emails that really need you
  • Quick replies ready for the emails that only need a line or two
  • Holds focus time on a free stretch later in your day
  • Nothing is sent or booked until you approve it
Early access

Early access means it works and we use it ourselves every day. It's still moving, so bits of it will change. When it lets you down, tell us — that's the deal.

What it needs

It needs one app from each line below. You can add it now and connect later — it waits, switched off, until you do.
